Return Policy

Incorrect Product or Style Delivered

Our Customer Service team and manufacturer reps are in constant communication to ensure that the product you ordered is delivered to your satisfaction in the style/size/color you selected. If, upon inspection, you discover that the incorrect product has been shipped to you, please contact us
immediately, to arrange a replacement or a full refund.

Returns for Reasons Other than our Error is committed to helping you enjoy your dance life by bringing the convenience of the Internet and the quality dance shoes & dance wear together to create a truly superior shopping experience. We make every effort to help you make an informed purchase decision by providing you with complete product information.

However, if you decide you would like to return an item for any reason you may do so within ten (10) days of the delivery of your order. Please fill out the Return/Exchange Form and return it with the shoes to us. NO RETURNS ACCEPTED AFTER 15 DAYS FROM ORIGINAL SHIP DATE. We do not exchange or refund worn shoes, when trying on your shoes, we recommend that you try them on a soft carpet.


We guarantee against manufacturer's defects within 30 days of purchase. Regular wear and tear does not qualify. If you feel the shoes are defective and were purchased from this website, please contact us. We recommend that you always try your new shoes on over a soft, clean surface. This will help prevent soiling the suede soles of the shoes. Unused shoes must be returned within 10 days with a copy of the packing slip and a letter stating refund or exchange. Refund will be subject to a $20.00 restocking fee per pair. Returns for exchange will not be subject to the handling fee but will be required to pay the shipping fee of $15.00 per pair with a U.S. shipping address. You will also be responsible for shipping and packaging charges both to and from your location for returns not as a result of our error. You must fill out the
Return/Exchange Form before any returns.

The following items are not returnable or refundable: all custom or special order items; all shipping charges.

Refunds for authorized returns will be issued (less the restocking fee and shipping charges) within 5 - 10 days of the DanceShoesNow's receipt of the merchandise in its original re-saleable condition.

Special Order Item

Special orders require pre-payment. They are non-refundable and non-returnable and are delivered between 8 weeks to 12 weeks after receipt of payment. Please contact us for more information.

For your convenience, DanceShoesNow accepts Paypal (our Paypal account is [email protected]). You do not need to be a PayPal member to use this service.

Pricing and Typographical Errors

In the event that a product on our site, or in our store, is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect product information due to typographical error or an error in pricing or product information supplied by our vendors, DanceShoesNow reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for such product. Further, DanceShoesNow shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase of items with erroneous pricing or product information, and DanceShoesNow cancels this order, DanceShoeNow will issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge. Sales Tax

DanceShoesNow collects sales tax for items shipped to any address within the state of California. For orders shipped outside of California, but within the United States, DanceShoesNow is not required to collect sales tax.

Credit Card Refunds

If you are eligible for a credit card refund, DanceShoesNow will issue a refund to your credit card via PayPal (your original method of payment) between 5 to 10 days of the determination of your refund status. If you cancel an order, or received an incorrect order, the DanceShoesNow will issue a refund to your credit card via PayPal within 5 to 10 days of notifying DanceShoesNow of the cancellation or incorrect shipment. In the case of returns, your refund will be issued (less any applicable restocking and shipping fees) to your credit card via PayPal within 5 to 10 days of DanceShoesNow's receipt of your returned merchandise in its original condition.

Please note that, while DanceShoesNow will issue a refund to your credit card account within 5 to 10 days of the determination of your refund status, many credit card companies can take up to 14 days to post the refund to your account and make the funds available to you. Please contact your credit card company or financial institution for more information on their refund policy.

Some of the products offered for sale at DanceShoesNow are kept in stock. You must cancel an order before it is shipped to avoid shipping charges and re-stocking fee. Any payments made by credit card will be refunded to your credit card. Special orders are non-refundable.

Shipping Methods

Most of our items are shipped via UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail.
Large orders are shipped via UPS. You must provide a valid street address for any order we ship via UPS. UPS will not deliver to a PO Box. We will charge you a $10 fee for incorrect shipping address given. Please allow additional time for shipments to APO/FPO addresses. During check out process, you will be given shipping options of Ground Shipping (UPS Ground), 3 Days Air, 2nd Day Air, or Next Day Air.
UPS Next Day Air is only available to the 48 contiguous United States where UPS overnight delivery is available (UPS does not ship to PO Boxes). If your address qualify for Next Day Air, you can expect delivery according to the following schedule:

Please allow one extra business day if a holiday falls on or between the order date and expected delivery date. Shipments to US addresses that do not qualify for overnight delivery (for example, if shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, or PO Boxes) will be shipped via an alternative shipment method (such as USPS Mail), which can take 3-5 business days or longer, depending on the carrier.

International Shipping Charges

For international shipping, the Shipping & Handling varies depending on the destination. DanceShoesNow automatically calculates shipping charges through our freight carrier's system, once you complete the shipping information stage, you will know the exact shipping charges.

For international shipping (Non-USA address), postage paid covers shipping. Custom's Taxes and Duties may apply for international shipping. It is our customer's responsibility to pay your local's customs taxes. Failing to do so may result in returning your goods to sender or/and being fined your local customs. In this case, you will be solely held responsible for storage, penalty, return shipping and all related costs occurred.Please check with your country policies for any fees that may occur.

For overnight express shipping, the Shipping & Handling charge will be quoted.

Inspecting Your Delivery

the DanceShoesNow offers quality products from the best brand names, and makes every effort to ensure that these products are packaged and delivered by the most reputable and qualified shipping companies. However, you are responsible for reporting shipping damage or any shipping discrepancies within 48 hours of delivery. In the case of damaged contents or any shipping discrepancies, please contact our Customer Service department for assistance immediately.

Delivery Times

Upon receiving your order and verifying payment information, you can expect your order to be shipped within 24 hours provided your item is in our current inventory.

If you order an item and it is out of stock, we will contact you right away to let you know.

For out of stock items and custom order items, you will receive a "good-faith" estimate of a reliable delivery date. In the event that you are operating on a restricted time frame, every effort will be made to expedite your order once we have been notified. In the event that an extended delay is anticipated on your order, you will be promptly notified and can make your decision at that time to either wait for your order or cancel.
Out of stock items and custom order items may take 8 to 12 weeks for delivery. This timeline is considered to be an estimate.

If you place your order on line, we will email you the tracking number for your package once the package is shipped. You may also e-mail us at [email protected] with your invoice or order number and we will respond promptly with the most up-to-date information.
