SERA1700 Black Suede & Light Gold Trim

love these shoes and how they fit my wide and high instep feet. Very comfortable even though I bought a 3" heal.

I had to return them because they not only run quite big (even though I ordered in my usual size for the Very Fine C series shoes I buy regularly), but also -- the design of the construction does not work for me. The "butterfly" (the part of the shoe that fits over the metatarsal arch) is attached too low down on the shank toward the toes, resulting in the big toe joint(bunion)riding above and against the top edge of it instead of wearing it like a glove. This is impossible! Don't know if this is just because this shoe is unsuitable for a wide foot like mine. It's a shame, because it is very pretty.
