I have bought these shoes before and loved them but sadly this purchase was not only faulty but was not of the same quality as the pair I had bought last year. As I am in the UK and the postage and customs duty is the cost of more than the shoes it is not practicable to return them or exchange them as I would be paying the equivalent of 3 times the cost of the shoes. I will not purchase from this seller again which is a shame as I loved my last pair of shoes
